Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. You set the schedule and we supply the clients, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation.
US work authorization.
Professional attitude, especially with children and adults.
Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
Ensure safety of the student at all times.
