Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and can choose clients, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

The role requires at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transport, and the ability to work in the US. Competitive pay and travel flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confident in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each students ability and learning style.
• Assess students skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
