InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and based in the US with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' pools.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full, tracked learning experience for students and clients.
