Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach one-on-one and small-group lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

The role emphasizes safety, personalized lesson plans, and travel to local pool locations. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR and First Aid certifications

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
