Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose clients, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson. We cover liability and provide support to help you succeed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certifications, and reliable transportation. You’ll create personalized lesson plans and ensure student safety at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
