Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson, with payments processed within 24 hours.

Based in the Iowa area, you will travel to local client locations, deliver personalized lesson plans, and ensure a safe, enjoyable learning experience for swimmers of all ages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willing to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
