Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools nationwide. You set your own schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Earn $40-$70 per hour, with the support of a mobile team and a path to faster onboarding. Must have 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation. Join InstaSwim’s growing network for flexible, rewarding work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor student’s progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
