Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; diploma preferred.
• Heartsaver CPR AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develops aquatic programs and activities for populations of varying age, interest, and ability.
• Instructs individuals or groups in swimming and aquatic activities.
• Monitors pool area for safety violations and responds to distress and situations appropriately.
• Provides underwater video analysis and instruction for various populations when appropriate.
