Dribbler Soccer is seeking private soccer trainers to coach players of all ages across the United States. Trainers travel to parks or clients' locations, schedule their own hours, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

You bring coaching experience, reliable transportation, and energy to inspire players. Dribbler covers clients and supports a safe, engaging learning environment, with simple onboarding and fast hiring.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional soccer coaching or training experience.
• Reliable transportation to travel to lessons.
• Clear background check completed.
• Strong communication with players and clients.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to provide own training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit you and the client’s availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
• Provide the equipment needed to have a successful lesson.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
