Dribbler is expanding its private soccer training team across the United States. We seek professional trainers to conduct 1-on-1 and group sessions at parks or clients’ locations, offering flexible scheduling and fast payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Trainers set their own client base, travel locally, and gain access to a streamlined onboarding process. The role requires reliable transportation, a background check, and a passion for helping players grow their skills and confidence on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Strong communication skills with players and clients.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit you and the client.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide the equipment needed for successful lessons.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
• Communicate progress with players, parents, or caregivers.
