Job summary

Dribbler Soccer is seeking talented private soccer coaches to join our expanding team across the United States. You will conduct 1-on-1 and small-group lessons at local parks or clients' locations, traveling within your area and setting your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Complete and clear a criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills to engage with players and clients.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially with children and teens.
• Independent worker with high-quality training delivery.
• Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client's availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients' preferred training locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player's abilities and goals.
• Assess players' skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
