This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts, allowing for a work-life balance. You will provide personalized rehabilitative services, plan treatment programs, and actively participate in patient care coordination. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in physical therapy and possess strong interpersonal skills. Compensation ranges from $42.00 to $48.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one with individualized attention.
• Individualize treatment sessions.
