Qualifications
- Degree in area of discipline.
- Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice or ability to obtain before starting employment.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
- Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
- Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
- Treat residents one on one with individualized private sessions and functional-based treatment.
- Individually tailor treatment sessions to patient needs.
