Job summary

Taher, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a dedicated food service team member to provide the highest quality guest service and to execute recipes exactly as written.

You will prepare meals, handle deliveries, follow all safety procedures, maintain clean workstations, and support a 7am–3pm shift with guaranteed hours, competitive pay, daily lunch, and uniforms. Join a family-owned company that values teamwork and applies a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast-paced environment
• Able to do simple arithmetic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Be able to lift 30 Lbs.and stand for extended periods of time
• Dependable, Punctual
• Ability to follow all safe food handling requirements
• Successfully pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times

• Follows and completes production sheets
• Meet deadlines in daily workload
• Store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures

• Receive and unpack food deliveries
• Ensure food and supplies are stored per standards
