Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a dynamic Field Hearing Aid Sales Consultant to lead and support invitation-based and promotional events nationwide. You will deliver consultations, needs assessments, product demonstrations, and persuasive sales presentations across assigned territories, partnering with state-licensed dispensers to meet clinical requirements.

Travel is extensive and may include overnight stays. You will educate patients about options, coordinate event logistics, ensure compliance with state

Qualifications

  • Current Hearing Aid Dispenser license required.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
  • Minimum 3 years of hearing aid sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue or unit performance goals.
  • Experience supporting promotional events, new clinic openings, or acquisition integration preferred.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced field environments.

  • Support underperforming markets and new clinic ramp-ups.
  • Maximize return on marketing investment.
  • Provide real-time mentorship to clinic staff and providers during event-based selling environments.
  • Maintain readiness to deploy to priority markets on short notice.
