RDV Staffing Inc. seeks a professional Housekeeper to provide hands-on cleaning, laundry, and daily household operations for a private family in Ada, Michigan, with occasional work in Holland.

The role is three days a week, 9AM–3PM, in private homes. You will work with the Lead Housekeeper to maintain pristine conditions, handle laundry per care labels, organize rooms and storage, respect family privacy, and support events.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/house cleaning experience required.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in daily routines.
• Must be responsible, dedicated, dependable, and self-directed with high integrity; organized and reliable.
• Preservation of a quiet and peaceful household atmosphere; cleaning around family activities with privacy in mind.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physically demanding cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Lead Housekeeper on daily household cleaning practices to keep residence(s) pristine.
• Perform basic daily duties: cleaning bathrooms, kitchen cleanliness, dishwasher, trash, dusting, vacuuming, arrange decor.
• Assist with organization of rooms, living spaces, and storage; stock supplies and tidy closets.
• Ensure surfaces and floors are clean and organized; conduct start/end-of-day walk-through of residence.
• Greet vendors/guests, accept deliveries, and communicate with household staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare residence for events and run errands as needed.
• Safety and confidentiality of family and home are essential.
