Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking a Private Process Server to handle civil process service in Hamilton County, TN. You must live within 45 miles of the county and be prepared to access FedEx documents and court records.

This is a 1099 contract position paid per job weekly; private investigators, process servers, and law enforcement agents are preferred. You will be required to attempt all cases at a minimum every 72 hours, activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents, and be able to make weekend

Qualifications

• Experience with civil process serving.
• Familiar with legal document handling and court filings.
• Strong reliability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve civil process in Hamilton County, TN and nearby counties.
• Travel within 45 miles of the county and meet all service deadlines.
• Use mobile apps to capture addresses, log attempt notes, and upload documents.
