Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking a Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor) to serve legal documents in Hickman County, TN. This role requires independent work delivering foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices for leading law firms.

Responsibilities include serving documents, routing, reporting via mobile apps, and visiting courthouses for pickups/drop-offs. Availability 3–5 days weekly and 15–20 service attempts per day are expected, with weekly pay per completed job.

Qualifications

• Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays.
• Ability to complete 15–20 service attempts per day.
• Willingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.
