Job summary

A leading legal support services firm is seeking a Private Process Server to handle civil process service in Hamilton County, TN. This role is a 1099 contract position offering weekly pay based on the number of jobs completed. Ideal candidates should have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and preferably experience in collections or law enforcement. Responsibilities include timely attempts on cases and submitting completed documents to the clerk's office.

Qualifications

• Must reside within 45 miles of Hamilton County, TN.
• Valid driver's license and insurance required.
• Experience in collections, law enforcement, or as a process server preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attempt all assigned cases every 72 hours.
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents.
• Submit completed documents to the clerk's office within 72 hours.
