Beacon Hill Schools is hiring a Full-Time Pre-K Lead Teacher to supervise and manage a dynamic early learning classroom in Georgia. You will design and implement lesson plans, foster a safe, engaging environment, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

The role requires delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum, monitoring progress, and guiding Assistant Teachers while upholding DECAL licensing standards and school policies.

Formación

• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to create a warm, engaging and structured learning environment.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for children's needs.
• Strong understanding of age-appropriate learning and behavior guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and daily schedule.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Use diverse teaching methods including direct instruction, group work, play-based activities, music and movement.
• Monitor progress and prepare children for Kindergarten.
• Mentor Assistant Teachers and support classroom workflow.
• Communicate with parents daily about development and milestones.
