Beacon Hill Schools is seeking a dedicated Pre-K Lead Teacher to supervise daily classroom activities across multiple Georgia locations. You will develop lesson plans, ensure a safe engaging environment, and guide assistants to deliver developmentally appropriate instruction.

Responsibilities include parent communication, progress documentation, and planning conferences while adhering to DECAL licensing guidelines. Candidates should have relevant degrees and be committed to child development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and daily classroom schedule.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Use diverse teaching methods: direct instruction, group work, play-based learning, music, movement, and sensory activities.
• Monitor child progress and prepare for Kindergarten readiness.
• Communicate with families daily about child progress and milestones.
• Mentor Assistant Teachers and collaborate with school leadership and staff.
