You will perform cleanings, periodontal charting, X-rays, and preventive education, collaborating with the doctor to deliver a high-quality patient experience for a loyal patient base.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDH license required.
• Private practice experience strongly preferred.
• Gentle, thorough, and passionate about preventive care.
• Strong communicator who connects easily with patients of all ages.
• Reliable, professional, and a true team player.
• Proficiency in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar practice management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hygiene care including cleanings, full-mouth debridement, and periodontal therapy.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and patient health assessments.
• Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care in a way that actually connects with them.
• Document treatment accurately and efficiently.
• Partner with the doctor and team to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
• Build genuine long-term relationships with your patient base.
