Job summary

DCS Clinical in McKinney, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a well-established, relationship-driven private practice. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a starting rate of $50+ per hour, DOE, in a high-end PPO setting focused on quality patient care and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Previous clinical hygiene experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
• Dentrix experience preferred.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.
• Relationship-oriented approach to care and a team-minded attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care to patients.
• Perform adult prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and hygiene procedures within scope.
• Educate patients and build strong patient relationships for ongoing oral health.
• Help patients understand their needs and recommended treatments.
• Complete intraoral scans with iTero for new patient visits and Invisalign cases.
• Collaborate with dentist and clinical team for treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
