Dale Greer DDS in Dallas, TX is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our patient-centered dental practice. This role requires an active Texas license, 5+ years of RDH experience, CPR and OSHA/HIPAA certifications, and a commitment to high-quality care.

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday-Thursday schedule 7:30 am-3:30 pm with occasional Friday one per month, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 or more years of RDH clinical experience.
• Active Texas Hygienist license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification and OSHA/HIPAA training are required.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients during check-ups.
• Review patient history and chart notes.
• Administer prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing.
• Document areas of existing restorations.
• Use of X-ray during exams.
• Instruct patients in oral hygiene techniques.
• Conduct screenings and assist patients with hygiene.
