Our client is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a thriving, well-established private practice in the heart of McKinney, Texas. Privately owned by the same doctor for 11 years, this practice has built a reputation for creating a welcoming, laid-back environment where patients feel comfortable and team members feel appreciated. Schedule:

• Friday: Morning huddle at 7:30 AM; patient hours from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM, with no lunch break.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care to patients of varying ages and needs.


• Perform adult prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and other hygiene procedures within your scope of practice.


• Build strong patient relationships through education, communication, and a personalized approach to care.


• Help patients understand their oral health needs and feel confident about recommended treatment.


• Complete intraoral scans with iTero for new patient visits and Invisalign cases.


• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning.


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license.
