Job summary

Performance Physical Therapy in Hockessin, DE is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care in a private practice setting. You will manage a diverse caseload, treating approximately 1.3 patients per hour, with 60-minute evaluations and structured follow-ups focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Delaware Physical Therapy license (CAPTE-accredited program).

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized home exercise programs as needed.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions across general orthopedics, spine, sports, and vestibular populations.
• Communicate progress, expectations, and discharge plans with patients and families.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
