Performance Physical Therapy, Greenville, DE, is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one patient care in a private practice setting. You will manage a diverse caseload with a collaborative team, treating ~1.3 patients per hour and conducting 60-minute evaluations with structured follow-ups focused on meaningful outcomes.

You will also develop personalized home exercise programs, use evidence-based interventions, and document progress accurately in Clinicient.

Formación

• Active or eligible Delaware Physical Therapy license (CAPTE-accredited program)
• Collaborative mindset with commitment to personalized care
• Interest in specialties such as manual therapy, dry needling, myofascial release, orthopedics
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a patient-focused team
• Familiarity with Medicare and third-party payer requirements

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one direct patient care in a private practice setting.
• Develop individualized home exercise programs as needed.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions across general orthopedics, spine, sports, and vestibular populations.
• Communicate progress, expectations, and discharge plans with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete accurate, compliant, timely documentation in Clinicient (EMR).
