Job summary

Allied Anesthesia Medical Group - Orange Division in Orange, CA seeks a Private Practice Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join a quaternary pediatric hospital environment spanning Rady CHOC and Saint Joseph Hospital. The role supports both pediatric and adult cases with strong collaboration with surgeons and perioperative teams.

Two-year partnership track, with 80% pediatric cases feasible, and vacation up to 10 weeks.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatric anesthesiology.
• California Medical License.
• Full-time position in private practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric anesthesia cases with supervision of residents as needed.
• Own and manage anesthesia cases; supervise UC Irvine CA-2s and CA-3s.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to maintain high-quality perioperative care.

Job Description: Rady Children's Hospital Orange County is a quaternary pediatric hospital with a fantastic perioperative environment. Pediatric trained anesthesiologists would have privileges at both Rady CHOC and Saint Joseph Hospital, an adult full service hospital sharing the same campus. Excellent relationship with surgeons and nurses. Also staff multiple surgery centers throughout Orange County. Two year partnership track for general peds anesthesia. All MD/DO Private Practice. Largely doing your own cases but also supervising UC Irvine CA-2s and CA-3s at the children's hospital. Have plans to start a pediatric fellowship with UCI in the future. The group has traditionally had everyone do an even mix of peds and adults however we are easily able to tailor scheduling such that 80% peds is doable. Vacation up to 10 weeks. Income $500,000+ just doing the work assigned but seven figures possible based on RVU production. K-1 compensation model.
