Job Summary

We’re growing and looking for a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our highly respected and collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in an exclusive pediatric environment while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in California’s Central Valley.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Eligible for California medical license
• Passion for pediatrics and commitment to patient‑centered care

Practice Highlights

• 100% pediatric anesthesiology covering a variety of complex and routine cases
• 16,000 anesthetics per year across all surgical service lines (except burns and transplants)
• Shift‑based model with very flexible scheduling
• Full‑time consists of 184 shifts per year, inclusive of all call shifts and just 17 in‑house overnight call shifts
• Time off and call scheduling is transparent and equitable among all group members
• Opportunity for highly lucrative extra shifts
• Solo practice with opportunities for occasional medical direction (1:1 with CA‑2 resident and 1:2 with CRNAs)
