Job Description: Rady Children's Hospital Orange County is a quaternary pediatric hospital with a fantastic perioperative environment. Excellent relationship with cardiac surgeons and nurses. ONE year to partnership. All types of pediatric open heart and cardiac catheterization lab cases done with the exception of transplants. All MD/DO Private Practice. Largely doing your own cases. May supervise University of California Irvine CA-2s and CA-3s in the main OR occasionally. Have plans to start a pediatric fellowship with UCI in the near future. Vacation up to 10 weeks. Income $600,000+ just doing the work assigned but seven figures possible and is based on RVU production. Cardiac call stipend of $1000. Extremely low call back rate. K-1 compensation model.
