Job summary

NPACE in Arlington, VA seeks a Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGPCNP) to join our private, patient-first primary care and nephrology practice. You’ll work with an on-site physician for mentorship and collaborate with a supportive team, leveraging Epic EMR to minimize documentation burnout.

No weekends or on-call shifts, flexible 4–5 days per week, with competitive compensation. Required: Master's/Doctorate in nursing, active Virginia NP license and prescriptive authority, board certification, and

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in an accredited APRN program.
• Active board certification as FNP or AGPCNP from ANCC or AANP.
• Active, unrestricted NP licensure in Virginia with prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or eligibility).
• Experience in outpatient primary care and preventive wellness exams.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in outpatient primary care and nephrology settings.
• Collaborate with on-site physician under a practice agreement.
• Maintain efficient charting in Epic EMR and a high-quality documentation workflow.
