Job summary

NONPF is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated, patient-first private practice in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on outpatient primary care and nephrology with a collaborative on-site physician, leveraging Epic EMR for efficient documentation and care coordination.

The candidate will provide preventive care, manage chronic conditions, and participate in a flexible 4–5 day workweek, Monday–Friday, with a generous PTO package and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited School of Nursing (APN program).
• Active board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or AGPCNP from ANCC/AANP.
• Active Virginia NP license and DEA registration (or eligibility).
• Prescriptive authority in Virginia.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Outpatient primary care experience including chronic disease management and preventive wellness exams.

Responsibilities
