Ellie Mental Health is a private practice with locations in Lee's Summit, Independence, State Line, and North Oak, Missouri. This full-time role handles a 25-hour caseload weekly and focuses on client care within a supportive team.

We manage inquiries, scheduling, insurance contracting, and billing so therapists can focus on outcomes while enjoying competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• Master's degree in behavioral science or related field
• Active progress toward licensure in MO
• Clinical license in Missouri (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Experience with diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and case notes
• Familiarity with therapy services, insurance billing, and documentation (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate diagnoses and implement treatment plans per policy
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team
• Bring creativity to interventions to meet client goals
• Submit documentation per guidelines
