Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Lead focused on private markets within the WCIB division.

You will drive strategy, development and ongoing management of global private markets offerings and partner with stakeholders to deliver growth and strong client outcomes. You will collaborate with investment services leaders, global fund services, technology and risk teams to prioritize enhancements, develop marketing content and client-facing presentations, and participate in industry events to strengthen

Qualifications

• Product management experience required.
• Knowledge of WCIB industry and investment services ecosystem.
• Experience in due diligence meetings and client events.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet business needs and requirements.
• Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product/portfolio opportunities and establish the product vision, charter and roadmap.
• Define measurable product outcomes and OKRs to prioritize features/epics and break down work into actionable steps for discovery, design, development and delivery.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap leveraging OKRs.
• Create the product with agile, design, technology and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
• Understand and manage technical features, debt reduction and modernization where applicable.
