Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management, asset management, product development, product strategy, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from opportunity to launch.
• Evaluate opportunities across fixed income, liquidity, multi-asset, and digital assets.
• Develop rigorous business cases with market, asset, pricing, and cost details.
• Recommend vehicle structure meeting regulatory and client needs.
• Translate strategy into concrete requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Lead multiple workstreams and drive timely executive decisions.
• Analyze product design, fees, and investor behavior for differentiating value.
• Prepare governance materials and present to senior management.
• Ensure regulatory and risk standards are met across product documentation.
