Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management, asset management, product development, product strategy, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle by identifying opportunities, researching landscape, and defining feasibility and cost.
• Evaluate opportunities across fixed income, multi-asset, and digital assets with client demand, economics, and distribution fit.
• Build rigorous business cases covering target market, value proposition, asset and revenue outlook, pricing and implementation costs.
• Translate strategy into clear business and product requirements; coordinate across investment, distribution, operations, technology, legal and risk teams.
• Lead multiple cross-functional workstreams, establish milestones, and drive timely executive decisions.
