IPERS in Des Moines seeks an experienced Retirement Investment Officer to lead private markets portfolio management across private credit, real assets, and private equity. You will perform high-level analysis and prepare investment memos for the IPERS Investment Board.

The role requires strong analytics, CFA/CAIA is preferred, and a collaborative, low-hierarchy approach. You will contribute to asset allocation, risk management, and executive-level briefings to advance the Fund's long-term

• Direct private market investment experience and advanced analytics.
• Strong communication abilities for boardroom presentations.
