Prosek Partners in New York and other U.S. offices seeks experienced professionals for Private Markets Communications across AVP/VP/SVP levels in a hybrid work setup. This role blends client counsel, leadership, and strategic growth in a premier financial services firm.

Candidates with 5–12 years of PR or communications in private equity, private credit, asset management, or financial services will translate complex topics into clear stories, drive media coverage, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute communications programs for private markets clients, including media relations, thought leadership, and executive visibility.
• Build relationships with financial and business reporters and secure meaningful coverage.
• Translate complex investment strategies and market themes into clear, compelling stories.
• Write and edit press releases, messaging, bylines, presentations, and executive materials.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support clients through transactions, fund announcements, leadership changes, and reputational challenges.
• Mentor junior colleagues and manage account workflow.
• Contribute to new business pitches and account growth.
• At AVP-SVP levels, responsibilities will expand to include senior client counsel, team leadership, resourcing, and account financial oversight.
