Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Associates to support the identification, qualification, and introduction of private market investment opportunities across asset classes.

This is not an employment role. Private Markets Associates operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once Approved

• Source and submit qualified private market investment opportunities
• Support front‑end deal qualification and opportunity framing
• Introduce opportunities to aligned investors, fund managers, and sponsors
• Earn transaction‑based compensation on closed deals
• Build a verified private markets deal and contribution track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Markets Associates May

• Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary opportunities across private market strategies
• Provide high-level context on assets, businesses, structures, and investment rationale
• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
• Support early‑stage diligence handoff (Initio Sphere analysts handle modeling and underwriting)
• Help advance opportunities through the early stages of the deal process

Private Markets Associates are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.

Eligible Opportunity Types

Based on approval, Private Markets Associates may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed‑use)
• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured, opportunistic, or thematic investments

Opportunity categories are approved based on experience, judgment, and sourcing credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Success‑based compensation only
• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
• Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Associate contribution
• No cap on earnings for consistently high‑quality private market deal flow

Activation Process

• Submit an application with background and private market exposure
• Complete verification and opportunity category approval
• Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin submitting qualified private market opportunities

There is no cold outreach and no blind pitching. All introductions occur through curated, platform‑driven channels.

Compliance Notice

• Solicit securities
• Market investments to the general public
• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
