Forge is seeking a Fund Administration Operations Analyst to support the fund lifecycle on the Forge platform. This central role requires adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to high-quality work and thoughtful insights.

Based in New York, NY, you will be in the office 2–3 days a week and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Product, and Marketplace Operations to deliver accurate valuations, distributions, and tax reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in operations, finance, or related fields.
• Strong critical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail with clear verbal and written communication.
• Comfort with fast, high-pressure environments and scalable process design.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Legal, Compliance, Sales, Product, and Marketplace Operations.
• Analyze secondary market securities and valuation needs.
• Execute liquidity distributions and ensure accurate allocations.
• Support tax reporting and ensure timely compliance.
• Validate data and maintain data integrity across reporting systems.
• Respond to client inquiries on trades, tax, reporting, and valuations.
• Maintain up-to-date internal documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline workflows.
