Job summary

STXZ LLC connects families with independent lacrosse coaches in the Los Angeles area. We provide clients, handle admin, and enable you to coach on a flexible schedule tailored to your availability.

Earn $35 to $50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat rate. Payout occurs within 24 to 48 hours after submitting your lesson briefing, via PayPal, with 1099-NEC issued if you earn $2,000+ ($30/year platform liability option).

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check as arranged by STXZ.
• Own stick and basic training equipment; reliable transportation.
• Strong communication with players, families, and STXZ team.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and accept/decline without penalties.
• Schedule sessions at client homes, fields, parks, or other locations.
• Deliver coaching sessions with your drills, pace, and structure.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Coordinate payment timing and provide professional coaching.
