STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Jacksonville area to handle private lessons on a flexible schedule. We supply clients, you run the sessions at homes, fields, or parks, with no quotas and no penalties for declining offers.

Earn $35–$50 per one-hour session, paid within 24–48 hours after you submit a brief lesson summary. Coaches remain independent contractors, responsible for your own taxes and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth/high school/club/college level.
• 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach sessions independently with families.
• Review and approve client offers, schedule sessions.
• Provide coaching with own drills and approach.
• Submit a session briefing after each lesson.
