Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in Bradenton, FL to coach on a flexible, self-directed schedule. You control session location, drills, pace, and approach while STXZ handles client acquisition and billing.

Earn $35–$50 per one-hour lesson, paid per session, with quick payout and 1099-NEC at year end if you meet the threshold. You’ll review client offers, schedule with families, and deliver high-quality coaching.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college levels or playing experience at varsity/college/pro levels.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check before receiving full client details.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coach lacrosse on your own schedule and at your chosen locations.
• Review client offers and decide whether to take them (no quotas, no penalties).
• Set schedules and locations with families (home, field, park, etc.).
• Submit a brief lesson recap on the platform after each session.
• Get paid per completed session.
