Job summary

STXZ LLC is hiring independent lacrosse coaches in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. You will receive client offers, review them, schedule and conduct sessions, and submit a brief lesson summary after each lesson. Coaches set their own schedules and locations, working with families across the area.

STXZ handles client matching, administrative work, and payments. Expect to earn $35–$50 per one-hour session, with payouts within 24–48 hours after submission.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 years or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check, arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and schedule sessions.
• Conduct lacrosse coaching sessions at client locations or agreed venues.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Maintain professionalism and safety during coaching sessions.
• Coordinate with STXZ for client onboarding and payment timing.
