STXZ Lacrosse connects families with independent lacrosse coaches in the Baltimore area, sending you client offers and handling admin work. You coach on a flexible schedule, deciding which sessions to accept and where to coach.

Rates range from $35 to $50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat rate after each lesson. Payouts occur within 24–48 hours, with 1099-NEC issued at year end if earnings reach thresholds.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide to take or decline within STXZ.
• Schedule and conduct lacrosse sessions at client locations.
• Run drills and coaching sessions with professional judgment.
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the platform after each session.
• Receive payment per completed session through STXZ.
