Job summary

STXZ LLC is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in Frederick, MD to meet client requests for private lessons. You will receive client offers, decide which to take, and conduct sessions at locations of your choice with your own drills and style. Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Willing to undergo a third-party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Your own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide to accept or decline within 24 hours.
• Conduct private lacrosse sessions at the client’s home, field, or park.
• Set your own schedule, drills, and teaching style for each session.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Receive payment per completed session and manage your own bookings.
