Job summary

NetJets is seeking an experienced Pilot to deliver superior air transportation with an exceptional safety record. You will serve as the face of NetJets, combining professional aviator duties with first-class passenger service while maintaining command of the aircraft at all times.

You will fly under FAA guidelines, perform thorough pre-flight briefings, and ensure passenger comfort and safety, including handling catering, baggage, and any in-flight requests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills under pressure.
• Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely from taxi to landing following FAA and NetJets SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service, manage baggage, and accommodate pets or passengers who smoke.
• Brief, inform, and reassure Owners/passengers throughout the trip.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and document discrepancies.
• Serve as a liaison from arrival to final destination, ensuring a concierge level experience.
