Job summary

NetJets is seeking highly skilled Pilots to deliver premier private aviation experiences with a flawless safety record. You will be the on-board face of NetJets, managing flight duties and delivering exceptional service for Owners and guests on all trips.

The role requires FAA ATP certification, First-Class Medical, and the ability to work diverse hours across time zones. Expect to operate under strict safety standards while providing white-glove service to discerning clients.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Excellent decision-making and attention to detail under pressure.
• Must be able to travel extensively and work varying hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe aircraft operation from taxi to landing following FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service, including catering and beverage service.
• Load and secure baggage and ensure proper weight and balance.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination, ensuring a concierge experience.
• Report maintenance abnormalities to MCC and complete related paperwork as required.
