Job summary

NetJets seeks an experienced Pilot to provide safe, high-quality air transportation with a superior service experience for Owners and passengers. You will be the face of NetJets, wearing multiple hats from aviator to in-flight service provider, and you must remain professional at all times while commanding the aircraft.

You will work under FAA guidelines, maintain safety records, and coordinate with the MCC for maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and the ability to interact professionally with Owners/passengers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe aircraft operation per FAA, OEM, FOM/AOM, and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service and catering as required.
• Load and stow baggage securely for flights.
• Communicate maintenance discrepancies to MCC and document appropriately.
• Perform duties as assigned and adapt to varying trip requirements.
