Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to deliver the highest standard of private aviation service and safety on every flight. You will command aircraft, perform all operational duties, and ensure a concierge-level experience for Owners and passengers.

The role requires FAA ATP, First Class Medical, and broad flight-hour milestones, with the capacity to work varying hours and time zones across domestic and international trips.

Qualifications

• 1,500 hours total flight time.
• 1,250 hours with university R-ATP.
• 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification.
• 1,000 hours with university R-ATP certificate.
• 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm).
• 250 hours fixed-wing PIC.
• 100 hours night flying.
• 75 hours instrument time.
• ATP written completed prior to Indoctrination Training.
• 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
• Valid U.S. passport.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the aircraft per FAA guidelines, OEM/AOM, and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service as needed, including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage as required for each flight.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival at the FBO through landing and debrief.
